Assembly timing test

How long does the assembly take? In this test, we already have the carbor support plate with all holes drilled, and trays mounted, as well as the threaded rods.

13:25 - Start with the detector as show, with ribbons attached.

14:07 - Cables removed. There were 3 M2 philipshead screws where the head was almost stripped, took extra time to get them out
14:15 - top removed and cable top brackets off
14:23 - blocks 2, 4, 6 (connectors D,E,F) removed
14:34 - blocks 1, 3, 5 (connectors A,B,C) removed
Components laid out, ready for re-assembly
14:32: start reassembly, block 1 (connector A) threaded and inserted
15:00 - first block 1 finished
15:18 - third block 1 finished
15:23 - start threading blocks 3 (connectors B)
15:56 - 3rd block 3 finished
15:56 - start placing blocks 5
16:07 - blocks 5 (connectors C) finished
16:32 - start blocks 6 (connectors D) finishedcks 2
16:49 - blocks 4
17:03 - blocks 2
17:17 - finished blocks 2
17:21 - cover back on

Total re-assembly time: 2h 50m
