Remove the top, side and front sheets.
Mount the bar with the hoop, using 1" 4-40's and #6 washers.
Check the two threaded holes in the edge of the disk. These
should take 4-40 screws, but some need to be cleaned up with
a 4-40 tap. Check that the screws go in easily.
Next, place the lifting bracket such that it rests on the disk edge and
the bar, and (temporarily) attach it to the disk edge with
two 3/4" 4-40 screws.
Look at where the bracket should screw onto the bar. You will see
that there is some misalignment of the holes. Mark where the holes should
be enlarged.
Dismount the bracket from the disk, and file/drill out the holes you
marked.
Remount the bracket onto the disk edge, and now you should be able
to also put in the screws that hold the bracket to the bar. Use #6
washers.
Add spacers to the corner bars, so that the lifting bracket does not
touch the table when you turn over the frame.
Turn over the frame, and remove the (now) top sheet..

Starting from the left, the cables are as shown. The even-numbered
ones are highlighted for clarity.
Next step: plug in the cables. There is not enough space between the
front/back pairs of HDI ends for a finger.

I made a toolto reach in and squeeze the connectors.
for squeezing the connectors together.

Two cables attached with this tool.
