Instructions for Posters
The Poster Session is Tuesday October 25 from 4:00-6:30pm in the Anasazi Ballroom of the Eldorado Hotel (next to the Hilton Hotel). Soft drinks and cheese will be served. Wine will be available for purchase.
Presenters are asked to put up their poster between 1:00-3:00pm on that day, to stand by it from 4:00-6:30pm, and to take it down immediately after the session. Mounting pins will be provided.
Poster Size: The maximum size allowed for each poster is 3.8 ft horizontal and 4 ft vertical. Posters that do not adhere to the dimensional limits cannot be displayed.
Need to Print Your Poster locally (at your own expense)? A FedEx Kinko's is
located approximately three blocks west of the Sweeney Convention Center.
